I love these!!!
I don’t know how your senior portrait experience was, but my senior portraits consisted of a fifteen minute session that happened on the auditorium stage of my high school. They included my yearbook photo (complete with weird drape to hide my tank top), a picture of me with a giant cardboard “2000”, and an audience of impatient members of my high school class, sitting around waiting for their turn. The resulting photos were predictably awkward and it’s safe to say that they aren’t in any frames anywhere.
I so wish that I’d had a full session that actually reflected some part of my personality at the time. Mine wouldn’t have happened at Walt Disney World, since I didn’t head to WDW for the first time until I was 19, but in my fantasy alternate life I’m bouncing around all of the different Disney parks with a photographer like Emily Walker. She’s been posting senior sessions done on Disney property and I dropped her a line begging to share some of the photos because I can’t get enough of them. You can keep following her work by checking out her blog here.
